Founded by Hayden Seng
Hayden's been pulling computers apart and putting them back together since high school, and has been doing it for a living ever since. He founded NextPoint IT to deliver the kind of IT work he'd wanted to find as a junior: independent, plain-spoken, and built around the systems clients actually need rather than the ones vendors most want to sell.
The consulting practice focuses on identity, access, cloud and the security controls that sit underneath them. The unglamorous parts of IT that quietly decide whether a business works on any given Tuesday. He's as comfortable in an Entra ID admin console as he is in a strategy meeting, and that's where most of the work happens.
He now leads a team of certified professionals, and ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 audits are the largest part of what they do.
