For the clients we already look after, yes. New work is ISO audits and implementation, consulting, cloud and cybersecurity. If you want someone to run your help desk, we are not the right fit and we will say so early.
We cover the whole job, but on any one management system we take one role. We implement, we run internal audits, and we run stage 1 and stage 2 certification audits. If we build your ISMS or AIMS, an independent certified auditor we work with audits it, and if we are auditing, somebody else implements. Every stage is covered, without the conflict of interest sitting in the middle of it.
No. We stand up SIEM and XDR, configure it properly and review your posture. Running a 24 hour operation is a different business to ours, and we would rather tell you that than sell you something we cannot staff.
No. Nobody pays us a margin to recommend their product, which is the only reason you can trust the recommendation.
Neither. We are a partner on both and we run live workloads on both, so nothing about your answer changes what we earn. Usually the deciding factor is what you already have: heavy Microsoft identity tends to settle it one way, an existing AWS estate the other. We will tell you which on your numbers.
